    Refund & Returns Policy

    Our refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date the item was received. If 30 days have gone by since the date you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    After our initial request for any photo or video evidence supporting a claim for a defective item refund you must submit your evidence within 15 days or the claim will be closed and no further action will be taken. 

    The following is our refund policy which states the circumstances in which a refund, return, and/or exchange is permitted. This policy must be followed as stated with no exceptions. Below you will find the policies outlined pertaining to each individual circumstance. 

    Cancelations, Refunds and changing and order

    Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner you will need to go through our returns process.

    As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.

    ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURNS 

     Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, gels, hazardous materials, liquids, flammable liquids or gases. 

     

    Additional non-returnable items: 

    - Gift cards 

    - Downloadable software products 

    - Some health and personal care items 

     

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

     There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

     

    - Book with obvious signs of use 

    - CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

    - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    - Any item that is received more than 30 days after notice of return request.

     

    RETURNS (if applicable) 

    Shipping Notices and Refunds

    All Returns from outside the United States and the United Kingdom

    We have 2 facilities in which you can return your order.
    These facilities are located in the US and UK.
    Any orders that are eligible for a return will be given the option to return your order to either of these locations once the order has been approved for a return. You must still follow the steps in our return policy to be eligible. 

    You are responsible for all shipping fees to return your item. However, we will waive the standard restocking fee ($8.95 or 15%) to help offset the cost of the return shipping. We will only waive this fee if you live outside the US or UK.

     Incorrect Address Provided by Customer

    We are not responsible for the address you provide when placing your order so please make sure the address is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with a valid and/or deliverable address at time of checkout.

     Change of Address Request

    Although we will make every effort to accommodate an address change prior to shipping your item, once your item leaves our facility, we will not be held responsible for changes to or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Should you request to change the address from the original address listed on your order, we will make every effort to change the address with the shipper, however we cannot guarantee nor will we be held responsible if the address change is unsuccessful.

     “Undeliverable Address” and “Return to Sender” Notice from Carrier

    We are not responsible for any address provided by you that was deemed “undeliverable” by the postal service. Should we receive a notice stating it was undeliverable and/or inaccessible, you will be responsible for following up with the postal service and making arrangements to pick up your package at your nearest post office location. Should your package be returned to us by the carrier, we cannot guarantee that it will be returned to our facility.

    If the item is marked “Return to Sender” you will need to pay an additional $25 Replacement Fee to have a replacement shipped out. Due to all orders now being sent from our international fulfilment warehouse , customs will not return the item to us.

     

    All Returns MUST include your full name, order number and email address used at time of purchase so that we can properly identify your order.  

     We are not responsible for shipping times once the item leaves our facility.

     Should your package be returned to us for any of the following reasons, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the item back to you. If you refuse to pay this amount, a refund will be issued however we will deduct a 15% restocking fee or $8.95 (whichever amount is greater). If the item is exempt from being returned, such as conductivity gel, a refund will not be issued.

     Please DO NOT send your package back to us without going through the return process. We have a specific address in which we receive all returns. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or sent to the wrong address due to not following our return process.

     Refunds will incur a 15% or $8.95 (whichever is greater) restocking fee for the following reasons:

    • Returns due to “change of mind”, no longer needed or other reason
    • Refusal of Delivery/Return to Sender
    • Wrong Address Provided
    • Undeliverable or Inaccessible Address

      Eligibility Requirements for Returns

    • Request must be made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The item must be in the original packaging with all parts and/or instructions.

     If your return does not meet all of the eligibility requirements above, you will not be eligible for a return – No Exceptions.

      All eligible requests must go through the process listed below.

     PROCESS FOR REFUND REQUEST: 

    1. You must send an email to support@CradleMeBaby.com with the following: 
    • Your full name
    • Your order number
    • Your email address associated with the original order
    • Reason for your refund request

    Once we receive your request, if eligible, you will receive an email notification with either an acceptance to start the return process, a rejection for a return/refund, or a request for further information to evaluate your request.

    If you receive an acceptance to start the return process, in the same email we will outline the requirements for eligibility of a refund. You must reply to our email with “I AGREE”, acknowledging you understand the requirements outlined.

    Upon receiving your reply email with “I AGREE”, we will reply with instructions on where to mail the item.

    You will have 14 days for us to receive the item from the day you receive our mailing instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item to us. You must provide us with a tracking number once you have shipped the item to us.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If rejected, we will provide a reason for rejection.

    If the item returned is not in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, your request will be rejected.  If you are rejected for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you should you request it to be returned to you.

    Should you not request to have the rejected items returned to you, not respond to our email notifying you of the rejection, or should you refuse to pay for the shipping of the items back to you, the item will be discarded within 3 days of our original email notification of the item being rejected with no refund issued.

      If you are approved, you will receive a refund minus the Restocking Fee mentioned previously. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

     When shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not take responsibility or give credit for items lost during shipping.

     DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY (if applicable) 

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges for defective or damaged products are only eligible for consideration if the request was made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order based on the date your order was delivered, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

     PROCESS FOR NOTIFYING OF DEFECT OR DAMAGE REQUEST: 

    1. You must send an email to support@CradleMeBaby.com with the following: 
    • Your full name
    • Your order number
    • Your email address associated with the original order
    • Describe the defect and/or damage in detail
    • You are required to send photos and/or videos to show us the damage or defect in the item. Your request will be reviewed and you will be notified if the request was approved or denied. 

    Note: When providing photos/videos, we want to see the actual item malfunctioning. You are not required to be present in the photo/video if you are uncomfortable doing so.

    Once received, it can take up to 7 days for our team to review your request and make a determination. Please be aware that we may contact you with suggestions to correct the issues you are having with your item. You are expected to attempt these suggestions in an effort to correct the issue prior to moving forward with a replacement item. We reserve the right to send you a replacement item should we deem the defect is legitimate.

     Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

     Sale items (if applicable) 

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

     Gifts 

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

     If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

      PROCESSING & TRANSACTION FEE REFUND POLICY
    All credit card fees, PayPal processing fees, and transaction fees are non-refundable. These fees are charged at the time the payment is initiated. Should you request a refund after making your purchase, we will deduct the amount of any processing fees as we incur those charges from the processor. We do not reimburse these fees.
