Refund policy
With the exception of a cancellation, our refund policy lasts for 7 days from the date the item was received. Sale items are excluded (see sale items below).
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The following is our refund policy which states the circumstances in which a refund is permitted. This policy will be followed as written with no exceptions. Below you will find the policies outlined pertaining to each individual circumstance.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
You may cancel your order for a full refund if the cancellation request is emailed to us at support@CradleMeBaby.com no later than 11:59pm Central Standard Time (CST) of the day you placed your order.
EXAMPLE: You place your order at 10:36pm CST on March 7th, 2020. You must send a cancellation request by 11:59pm on March 7th, 2020.
This is due to the fact that we process all orders daily starting at 12:00 midnight CST. Orders will not be canceled if requested past 11:59pm CST of the day you placed your order. Please see the section below labeled “REFUNDS” for further information.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Refunds are only eligible for consideration if the request was made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order based on the date your order was delivered and only if the item is defective or damaged. We do not offer a refund for any other reason.
All requests must go through the process listed below.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, liquids, flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is received more than 14 days after notice of return request.
PROCESS FOR REFUND REQUEST:
- You must send an email to support@CradleMeBaby.comwith the following:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Your email address associated with the original order
- Reason for your refund request
- Once we receive your request, you will receive an email notification with either an acceptance to start the return process, a rejection for a return/refund, or a request for further information to evaluate your request. Once your refund request is accepted for the return process, you will receive an email confirmation along with instructions on returning the item. You will have 14 days for us to receive the item from the day you receive confirmation of your request and mailing instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approvals are based on prior communications with you prior to your acceptance of the return process. If the item returned is not in the condition as stated prior to returning, you may be rejected for a refund. If you are rejected for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you should you request it to be returned to you. Any rejected items that you do not request to have returned to you will be discarded within 3 days of confirmation of your rejection.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all parts and/or instructions.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not take responsibility or give credit for items lost during shipping.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges or refunds for defective or damaged products are only eligible for consideration if the request was made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order based on the date your order was delivered, NO EXCEPTIONS.
PROCESS FOR NOTIFYING OF DEFECT OR DAMAGE REQUEST:
- You must send an email tosupport@CradleMeBaby.com with the following:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Your email address associated with the original order
- Describe the defect and/or damage in detail
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- You may be required to send photos and/or videos to show us the damage or defect in the item. Your request will be reviewed and you will be notified if the request was approved or denied.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We are not responsible for the address you provide when placing your order so please make sure the address is correct.
We are not responsible for any address provided by you that was deemed “undeliverable” by the postal service. Should we receive a notice stating it was undeliverable and/or inaccessible, you will be responsible for following up with the postal service and making arrangements to pick up your package at your nearest post office location. Should your package be returned, we cannot guarantee that it will be returned to our facility. If we do receive the package returned, you will be responsible for paying all additional shipping costs to resend. If we do not receive the returned item, then we will not be held responsible for sending a replacement or issuing a refund due to the fact that you provided us with the original address in which to ship to. Should you request to change the address from the original address listed on your order, we will make every effort to change the address with the shipper, however we can not guarantee nor will we be held responsible if the address change is unsuccessful
